16 questionsYes, but only on a transaction we actually facilitate — typically one month’s rent on a rental, and 1% on a sale. Browsing, asking us for help and going out on viewings cost you nothing.
No. Listing with us is free, and so is everything up to a deal — the assistance and the viewings included. We are paid only when a transaction completes.
In South Delhi it is generally two months, and beyond that it moves with the size and value of the rental. Commercial works differently: three to six months is common, depending on how sought-after the property is.
Our listings are maintained from the desk’s own offline records — roughly 8,000 are updated on the platform every month, and you can see the current position in our price guides. If you want a particular one confirmed as of today, share an enquiry and we update that listing on priority.
A new listing may go up before we have finished shooting photos or confirming every figure. We mark those clearly — ask, and we come back with the specifics fast.
Often. The most closely-held stock never reaches the public listings. Tell us your brief and we put you on the list before one comes up.
Once we have your shortlist we can usually arrange the visits within 48 hours. Weekends are by appointment — tell us what suits and we set it up.
Yes — a large share of our tenants are NRIs and expats. We do video walkthroughs, handle the paperwork remotely, and have the keys ready when you land.
Yes — weekend viewings by appointment. Tell us when suits and we arrange it.
The same team that took your enquiry confirms the details, lines up viewings around your schedule, and stays with you through negotiation and paperwork — no handoffs. We also come back with other properties that fit your requirement, not just the one you asked about, so you do less of the searching.
One curated team, start to finish. Whoever you first speak to has your full brief, so you never repeat yourself.
Yes — drafting, review, benchmarking the price, and registration support are all part of the service.

Yes — offices, showrooms and retail across the same belt, with the same single-point-of-contact approach. Commercial deposits and terms work differently from residential, and we will walk you through both.
No — browse, search and read everything without one. An account only matters when you want to keep things: saved homes and your enquiries live in it. It is your mobile number and a code we text you, so there is no password to remember.
Tap the heart on any listing, on the card or the property page. Saved homes sit in your dashboard so you can come back to them instead of losing them in a scroll.

We update listings on the go
Rent A Roof works as one curated team maintaining live inventory on the ground. Unlike other listing platforms, we stay your single point of contact for what is actually available today. Some listings show limited detail while we verify them — ask, and we'll come back with the specifics.
