What it's like to work with us

I found this real estate agency on Instagram. They accurately understood my detailed requirements and showed me several apartments within a few days. They answered all my questions via WhatsApp the next day, allowing me to communicate with them with peace of mind. They patiently mediated through negotiations on the contract terms and rent, and kept me updated on the progress along the way. I'm grateful to Abhishek, who is incredibly thoughtful and prepared Indian sweets for me on the day of my move, and Naveen, who loves Japanese anime.

Transparency in dealings and very efficient.

After contacting the Rent A Roof team regarding my requirements, they shortlisted and shared relevant options. I had some doubts which the team duly cleared, and I was able to easily finalise a property. Thanks to the team for the continued assistance.

Fast communication, every need was heard and understood very effectively. Guided me through the process and it was pretty much easier than expected! Thanks Rent A Roof.

I had a wonderful experience renting a property in Defence Colony with Rent a Roof. They listened to my requirements carefully and showed me only properties that matched my preferences. The entire process was seamless, and I'm now living in a lovely home. Excellent service and highly recommended!
